Tour Plan
Day 1: Rende Village - Sunset At Walakiri Beach
Welcome to Waingapu! The starting point of our East Sumba tour. Upon arrival at the airport, meet and greet with our guide then we will begin the journey. We will drive directly to Rende, it is a traditional village with a lot massive graves in the middle of the village. You can also see how they make their own clothing, which is called “Ikat”.
The last stop today will be at Walakiri. Here, we will be watching the sunset here while exploring the beach with its beautiful mangroves. Don’t hesitate and walk towards the small and magical trees which are Walakiri beach growing inside the water.

Day 2: Puru Kambera Savanna - Tanggedu Waterfall - Prailiang Village
Breakfast at hotel then drive to Puru Kambera savanna. If you are lucky, there are a lot of animals like horses, bufallos, cows and pigs that you can see there. After this we are heading to Tanggedu Waterfall, another beautiful waterfall in East Sumba. Getting to this waterfall is not easy, we will do 1 hour trekking but the views that you will get along the way is going to be worth it.
Your lunch box will be prepared. Next visit will be Prailiang village, one of the most picturesque village in East Sumba. The village is built in two rows and the houses have the traditional Sumbanese rooftops. The rooftop is not as high as a traditional village in West Sumba, but the stone graves are very big and impressive.

Day 3: Sunrise Trekking At Tenau Hill - End Of Trip
We will wake up earlier today for visiting Tenau Hill, where you can find the best view of sunrise. You can trek a bit around the hill to find the best spot to enjoy the moment.
After that, we go back to hotel for breakfast. Then, depend on your flight schedule, the driver will pick you up and escort you to Waingapu Airport. Thank you for enjoying this East Sumba tour with SumbaSignature! We look forward to see you again. Sampai jumpa!
